Before & After School Activities

Early Morning Care

A paraprofessional is present to supervise children beginning at 7:45 AM. Please note that there are no structured activities at this time.

In the event of a delayed opening, early morning care will be canceled.

Tuition-Based Programs

At E.M. Baker, students may participate in a tuition-based program that offers enrichment courses for elementary students before school hours.  The fee for each course is $100.

Non-Tuition Based Programs

A variety of before school programs are offered to students without a fee. Visit the Clubs and Activities section to learn more about these opportunities.

After-School Programs

After-school care can be provided by SCOPE Educational Services. This is a tuition-based program housed at E.M. Baker between the hours of 3:30 and 6:30 PM.  Please contact SCOPE directly at (631) 360-0800. 

Parents interested in the SCOPE after-school program for the upcoming 2023 - 2024 school year should review the attached flyer for registration information. Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
